I'm dreaming of a white christmas...

Happy birthday Jesus!

Merry christmas everyone! I pray you all had a blessed christmas. I know I did. Our christmas started out with going to the christmas eve service last night and then coming home and making my famous deviled eggs. It was definitely a kind of weird day though since it was just my mom and I. Since all of our family lives out of town we normally go to their house for christmas but this year we decided to stay home and relax.
I woke up this morning thinking it was going to be just like any other christmas but I looked out my window and I was in a winter wonderland. I ran downstairs immediately and opened presents. My mom definitely made my day. She tried to play a couple of jokes on me and man did she think she was just hilarious. I got some amazing gifts! I got a few big things and a trip to see my best friend in oklahoma so I am very content.  We went to the Warrens house and ate breakfast and opened presents with them and just chiled around with them for a couple of hours. We came home and watched a billion christmas movies and ate a christmas dinner. It has definitely been a great day!

why can't life be a little less dramatic

I have come to the point in my life where I am seriously asking myself why I even care anymore. It seems like everything I ever do is wrong to someone. I apparently can never do anything right anymore. I seriously just want to cut the rest of the world off and just stay curled up in forever.
These are the days when I start to wish I was still 5 and that last year when I had the chance to move I would have. I love all of my friends but it seems like every time I turn around I am continually getting hurt because in our town everyone knows everyones business because it is so small. I wish my life was still as simple as a 5 year olds. Not having a care in the world except for what birthday party i was going to or doll i was going t play with next. When life was as simple as riding my bike around the neighborhood for hours with my best friends and pretending it was a motorcycle and we were all spies. If life was still that easy as easy as not having a care in the world. Why can't things stay like that forever.
When you are young you want ot grow up so you can drive and be in high school and go to college, but when you grow up you just want to be a little kid again. I don't understand why we can not be content with how old we are.
I hate being a teenager especially a teenage girl. There is always some sort of drama and most of the time it is really stupid and most of the time the really stupid stuff ruins friendships. Why can't everyone just get over themselves and grow up. Try to look through someone elses eyes. Texting is the main problem of this.   No one has the guts to say anything to peoples faces anymore everyone just texts it. When you are texting you can't hear the tone of the persons voice and that is a real big issue today. I wish I could throw my phone out the window. Especially today.
Today one of my really good friends or so I thought sent me a text about something I had done wrong...of course. I responded and apologized multiple times and yet she still seems to be mad at me. She of course did not ask me to my face or even call me...she texted me, and there lies your problem. A simple text message can be the end of a friendship just because you can not hear the tone of the persons voice. Learn to call people or get up the nerve to tell them to their face. I know I have a problem with that but I am trying to work on it and I wish that other people would to.

annual tacky christmas sweater day

juniors
The last day of school before christmas break is always tacky christmas sweater day. It is pretty self explanatory. Everyone pulls out their ugly christmas sweaters and wears them to school and wears crazy head pieces. It is so much fun and a great way to end first semester. The last day is pointless anyway all our teachers are doing is telling us if we are exempt and besides that we just chill and watch christmas movies. Like in ap us history...we atched the original rudolph the red nosed reindeer today. That is probably my all time favorite. It is so much fun to walk into the courtyard the monring of tacky christmas sweater day and see everyones sweaters. Some of them are really funny...others just do not make sense. it is so funny to see how some of us are just dressed up for fun and others it is like a big deal to them and you can tell that they tried a little to much. For instance there is one girl that made her own...she put lights on it and everything which in general is pretty cool but you could tell she was trying way to hard. Tori and I definitely got some giggles out of it.

"You know I've got this theory, there are two kinds of people in the world. There are lyric people and music people. You know, the lyrics people tend to be analytical. You know, all about the meaning of the song. They're the ones you see with the CD insert out like 5 minutes after buying it, pouring over the lyrics, interpreting the hell out of everything. Um, then there’s the music people, like Brooke. Who could care less for the lyrics as long as its just got like a good beat and you could dance to it. I don’t know, sometimes it might be easier to be a music girl and not a lyric girl. But since I’m not, let me just say this. Sometimes things find you when you need them to find you, I believe that. And for me its usually song lyrics."

My little doodle bug

This sweet little girl came into my life almost three years ago. What a blessing it has been watching her grow up. Anne Reece Warren. My favorite little girl in the whole wide world. She is the funniest thing ever. She keeps you laughing that is for sure. I can not believe she is almost 3 years old. I know I am only 16 but this makes me feel really old. I now understand why her mom Hayley always talks about how she feels old when she is around me. She has been there my entire life. She has watched me grow up. I fully understand why she feels that way... even though she is NOT old. Today I went to the mall to watch Anne Reece tap. She is following in my footsteps. haha or at least thats what I like to tell myself and thats what i tell hayles. She definitely is a star. I can not wait to see what this crazy little pig tailed girl grows up to be. She is going to change the world some day. She took my heart the minute I laid eyes on her. She has become my little partner in crime. She will always have a place in her sissy's heart . That will NEVER EVER change!

Merry Trismas!
