easter 2011

This year for easter we went to church with Aunt Lorie, Uncle Donny, and sadie. After church we drove to southaven to spend the day with the Wilson's and a few other families. It was a lot of fun. We watched videos abby made for emma for christmas. We had an awesome easter egg hunt. We decided that next year the kids get to hide eggs and the adults get to have an easter egg hunt and then they will hide eggs for us and then we get to find them. It should be interesting. One of my eggs had 75 peace tattoos in it and so we all decided to put them on. We called ourselves the peace core.  We are freaks like that. We then went on to play a two hour long name game. It got really old really fast.  I loved spending the day with my best friend mags and a bunch of great friends.

    Recently i fell in love with Adele. I know she has been around for a while but I had never really heard of her or knew who she was until I heard rolling in the deep and became obsessed. She is so amazing and her cd 21 is awesome! If you are interested in some great hardcore love and chill music heres your winner. It is my newest jam cd.

senior year is rolling around

Today we finalized our schedules. My senior schedule. It is so weird to think that I only have 6 more weeks of being a junior. My senior year is just around the corner. I am so excited but yet again I am nervous. I have only taken the act once and saturday it will be my second time. I have to choose a college choose a major. It is just all very stressful. I am seventeen years old and about to start the rest of my life. Senior year is going to be great besides senior project my schedule is a joke. This whole block schedule thing is going to be ridiculous though. The first day of school is going to be crazy. The first day of school is already crazy with regular schedule but block scheduling is going to make it even more crazy.
    Next week is wave connection and chorus tryouts. Today I found out my best friend kara isn't doing wave connection anymore. I don't know what I am going to do without her there. I am really nervous about auditions. We have to sing a song a cappella, sight read and then come back for dance auditions depending on how high our score is. I am hoping to make wave connection just due to the fact that Mr. Ellis is not going to be directing soundwave anymore. That was the only reason I was really ok with being in soundwave. Also a lot of my friends aren't trying out anymore.
   Junior year is coming to an end and I can not wait to see what the results of everything will be and how senior year goes.
